If spending a night in the desert is on your list, this one’s for you. An overnight drive from delhi, brought us to this hidden treasure. Jaisalmer is a quaint town, nestled deep in the thar desert. Summers being unbearable, we chose December for the visit. A few minutes drive outside the town, and you find yourselves amidst sand dunes.
The windmills power the desert camps. Tented accomodation, with all the modern amenities.
witness the sunset in the evening. The dinner is with a bonfire, and a local dance performance.
Next morning visit the fort, surrounded by astounding cozy cafes.
